Quality Assurance Business Analyst Responsibilities

  • System testing including external testing management & user acceptance testing.
  • Preparing test cases to ensure development is successfully implemented
  • Documenting the requirements for end to end automation testing
  • Documenting the software requirements for future versions/features of the platform
  • Performing requirements analysis.
  • Documenting process maps of how the system works and how the team/customers interact with the software
  • Assisting with the CRM and software integration
  • Assisting with scoping and scheduling of the development
  • Assisting with the project management
  • Assisting users of the system in a tech support role
  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas, findings, and to review.
  • Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
  • Managing competing resources and priorities.
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.


Business Analyst Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Advanced technical skills.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Experience creating detailed test cases and managing test processes
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook – alternatively Google Suite
  • A track record of following through on commitments.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Experience working with top performing teams.
  • A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
